It’s hard to believe that as of 10^th April it will be 16 years since we opened our doors to Star Tech Ltd and began welcoming in our wonderful customers.

The years have flown by and we still hold firm our original values and ethos: Delivering an excellent standard of workmanship whilst caring for our customers with integrity, passion and appreciation.

MD Matt Peacock worked his way up to Senior Technical Advisor in the workshop at the Mercedes-Benz dealer in Poole where he worked with wife, Tina. Star Tech was launched in 2006, based upon their vision of creating an Independent Specialist Service Centre providing Mercedes-Benz & BMW owners with an alternative to the main dealer. Many years later, it’s clear to see that this goal has been accomplished and more besides, including the addition of Smart, Mini and Jaguar to the list of specialist brands.

The ever-growing team of 17 staff retains the close-knit family feel from the early days. Last year saw a huge investment in the business with a full revamp including floors, ramps and technical equipment across both workshops. We also welcomed additional dealer trained specialist technicians, parts and service advisors. Smart Electric loan cars were added to the fleet and a charging point installed as Star Tech began to offer servicing and repairs for EV’s.

It's been an exciting time and quite a year! We would like to say a huge thank you to all our wonderful, loyal customers for your steadfast support and our amazing, hardworking team. We couldn’t have done it without you all.
